UK Shipping Method and Delivery Times

We are using Royal Mail Signed For™ and Royal Mail Special Delivery™ for all UK deliveries. Prices start from £1.86 for a small parcel anywhere in the UK. All prices are concurrent with Royal Mail Pricing and your cart prices will be automatically calculated based on the weight. We strongly advice customers spending more than £50 worth of eliquids to choose Special Delivery as your items will be insured for loss or damages during transit. Prices will automatically be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight.

What happens exactly after ordering?
Once you have completed entering your payment details on the PayPal site you will be redirected to page confirming your order number and successful transaction. You will then receive an email confirmation of your order and purchase details. We will then prepare your order and dispatch your products via the shipping options chosen during the checkout process. We will also send you the tracking number via email so you are made aware of the estimated delivery arrival.
Can I cancel and online order?
In exceptional circumstances we may be able to cancel your order, so please call customer services: 01274 270455. However, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also of course return them to the ELIQUIDS2GO® store.
Can I add to or delete a product from my order?
In most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. If you would like to purchase additional products then you will be required to place a new order for these items. If you wish to remove an item then you will have to refer to our returns procedure. Please contact customer services by telephone if you would like further advice.
Can I change my delivery address?
When placing your order you can add a different delivery address if you wish. However, if you have already placed your order and need to change details of the delivery address please call us for advice. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. This can only be completed before your order has been dispatched.
Can I change my delivery service to another one after I have completed the order?
In most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your delivery service option once you have placed your order. We strongly advise that you chose the right option prior to placing your order.
My order been cancelled. What should I do?
In certain situations your order may be cancelled if there are issues with your payment such as notification from your bank of fraudulent activities or low funds. In such situations we will cancel your order until you are able to settle any credit card payment issues.
My order has been cancelled due to non-availability, what should I do?
Sometimes eliquids in high demand will sell out faster in our retail outlet than the system updates. Please be assured that in such instances we will refund your payment including shipping in full within 48 hours of placing your order.
Can I update my account details including name, address, email and phone number?
Yes you can. If you would like to update any account details, please log into your My Account through Click on Edit Address on Billing and/or Shipping Address to update your personal information.
What if I am not home when my delivery arrives?
The shipping company will make multiple attempts to deliver your order and we advise that you ensure their is someone at your delivery address to sign and collect your parcel. If you are not present the shipping company will leave a card notifying you of an unsuccessful delivery attempt and provide instructions on how to collect. In situations where you have failed to adhere to the shipping companies delivery instructions the parcel will be returned back to our store. In these circumstances you will be required to pickup the parcel from the store if you are within 30 miles proximity. If you are not a distant customer then you will need to contact customer services and make payment for re-shipping then we will re-dispatch your order. Please ensure you follow the tracking code sent your email address and have someone available to collect your parcel.
Which shops offer the Click & collect service?
Currently we are only offering this service via our Shipley outlet but plan to roll out this service as we expand our retail operations in the future. For more information refer to the Click & Collect Local page.
Do you deliver to my country?
We currently only ship eliquids in the UK due to the new TPD Regulation. Once we have been granted permission to ship into European countries we will enable those countries..
